Percocet long term effects?

What are some long term effects that could result from a person snorting 40mg of Percocet a day that are not relating to addiction.

  • Answer:

Percocet is not designed to be snorted. You can damage your sinuses and mucus membranes, causing inflammation, bleeding and possibly scaring. Over time you can increase your risk of cancer in your sinuses and other nasal passages. At best you will probably develop chronic stuffiness or runny nose. At worst... well I had a coworker who died from cancer that developed in his sinuses. It was a pretty long, painful and ugly way to die.
