What could blood in the stool mean for a teen?

It could be Hemorrhoid or lack of iron in the body . The full blood profile tests and Ferritin test will be necessary to find out the cause of it .

You really need to tell a doctor about this, whether you are in pain or not, especially if you are bleeding as much as hen your period starts.
