I saw a movie preview. the plot was some people are in a room and they are given a test with little instruction. what was the movie?

They were told they cannot ask questions of the test givers or they would be killed. they start talking to each other(the ones taking the test) and they figure out loopholes or something. they are all vying for some position or employment. only a certain number possibly one qould be chosen. at one poiny in the preview, a guy is yelling and is about to shoot himself. it looked awesome and i regret not writing the title down.
