Why do i always lose signal on my mobile?

Why is it that I always gain and never lose weight when I skip a day of my exercise regimen? I do a strenuous workout but we're always told

  • not to work out every day and you'll lose more weight. Exercise is said to be more effective for weight loss when you do it 5 days a week and skip two days. But that is never the case with me. If I work out 364 days a year and skip one day, I still gain at least 3 lbs. on the measly one day I missed. Why does this happen? Skipping days is supposed to speed up your metabolism, not slow it down. And I'm by no means a big eater. It's like Mother Nature is actually the devil. And I don't want to hear anything about taking diet pills. Diet pills are a scam and can kill you. i'm wondering if you have to eat Fiber One or Mueslix and shit your brains out in order to compensate for missing days of exercise. You'll have a forest fire in your ass but you'll weigh only 160 lbs.

  • Answer:

Counting your calories, if you already don't, could help. You need to burn more than you consume in a day to lose weight. You could try talking to your doctor or some other health specialist who might be able to help you.

I'm sorry you're not losing weight. Sometimes I feel the same! You need to eat fiber rich foods! Here are some REALLY effective foods that you can eat: oat meal for breakfast, a few prunes and apple cider vinegar for lunch. (put a tea spoon of apple cider vinegar into a large glass of water!) that will really clean you out. (and all the fat) try drinking TONS of water. You can try it with lemon too! Try not to eat carbohydrates! You can have whole grain breads, cereal, spaghetti, etc. It needs to be whole grain though! Other wise, it will make you more fat. Try to eat fat free foods! If you wanna have meet, try turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. Try turkey franks instead of 100% beef franks. Oscar Meyer has a type of turkey franks that doesn't have any nsg, added fat, or saturated fat! You can try slimming tea. It should help as well! Keep exercising as hard as you can! You should get a trainer at a gym. TRY LA FITNESS! Ok. I think that's all. Visit your doctor and ask what els can help. I really hope i helped :) get better!

My husband and I have often asked ourselves the same thing. We decided to only check the scale one day a week. Aging, hormonal and metabolic imbalances (women and men), sodium laden foods, gluten intolerance..., can all cause water retention. I'm sure there are more reasons... I personally would ignore those 3 pounds - they will not make or break you.
