I am 13 and have acne (zits) and wanted some cheap home remedies or solutions. Or what I can eat to Zap them away!?

I suggest using some face lotion with sugar salt and some olive oil I know it sound gross and stupid and it will look weird too but it's the best sulousion I know

Stay away from greasy foods. Some people will tell you this is a myth, but I noticed that cutting out vast amounts of cheese from my diet (ex: too much pizza during my teen years) really helped! Chicken fingers, french fries, etc. Also, I recommend you ask a parent to buy you PanOxyl soap.. it's a Benzoyl peroxide based soap that my dermotologist recommended for me and it's helped tremendously! Use that in the shower ;) It'll dry them right out. If you've got a bad pimple, put some toothpaste on it before bed and let it dry out - the paste, not the gel. Good luck to you!

A dap of toothpaste on the zit the night before will help clear it up. Also, if its red, put a little Visine on it.

Try Nature's cure with the pills. It helped me.

rubbing alcohol helps mine but make sure not to let it dry out your skin

If acne is going to affect you there is not much you can do to stop it, but, you can keep it to a minimum. Try keeping a high standard of skin cleaning and eating fresh fruit and vegetables. Avoid high fat foods and a bit of sunlight will help.

Avoid cheap home remedies. Often they're bogus and ineffective if not dangerous.
