Do you mean like paying for a blog account? (to have one hosted and setup etc) If its a personal blog then it is unlikely that they'll pay at all (as there are many free ones that are pretty good). Even if they were to pay, the fees are not all that much. If you mean a buying a company type thing (like some of the tech blogs) then you would probably be spending a lot of money depending on how popular it is, if they have paid staff doing the articles or not etc. You probably wont be able to find a general figure for the price as each one would be slightly or dramatically different to another.
