What is face toning?

I lost weight because I don't eat enough, but now my face is too thin. What are healthy foods I can eat to put on weight while toning up?

Here's my take on food and life, you only live once so EAT. We get so much smoke blown up our butts by the media about living healthy when the fact remains the same that we die someday. Of course there is a line that shouldn't be crossed, but just eat. If you want ice cream eat it, just don't eat a freakin gallon in one sitting. If you want fried chicken eat it, just don't try to put Colonel Sanders out of business. Eat, live life and be happy!

Unfortunately when people lose weight their faces show more wrinkles and sometimes makes it dry as well. There is nothing that I have ever heard of that can help you with this. As far as healthy foods go, you probably know them, but you need to eat more of them. Lots of whole grains and slow digesting carbs. You can also eat healthy fats, like the ones found in avocados and nuts.

Eat three square meals with small healthy snacks in between. I usually eat a bowl of Kashi go lean cereal in the morning or yogurt, healthy snacks to eat are almonds or dried fruits, lunch sometimes is a sandwich on wheat bread and dinner is home made spaghetti (lol that was today). As long as you aren't eating a pound of butter or something with tons of salt or sugars. Fiber one bars are my favorite little snack when I want something sweet and fruits are always good. Sometimes when I'm hungry late at night I will cut up an apple and eat it with peanut butter. There is lots you can do and good luck
