What to do when your back suddenly hurts?

What could this be? when i breathe, my upper back hurts. yesterday my left ribs was hurting when id take a breath.

i get headache at the top left side of my head, i get cramps at the bottom of my stomach. boobs are extremely sore (have been for a few days) once in a while the pain from my ribs and lower stomach moves to the right, but then back to the left. im constantly tired and now i am having trouble concentrating on my homework. any ideas?

GO TO THE DOCTORS!!!! We on answer bag cannot diagnose you over the internet even if we were qualified. Just sayin. You could be pregnant or you could just be getting ready to have a bowel movement... (POOP just in case you didn't knwo what I meant by that). It could be a number of things... but if you want to know what it is you should go to your doc and talk to him/her
