What's it like visiting New York?

whats your reviews on new york,like from living there or visiting?

    I love the city and it is my favourite holiday destination. I love the galleries, theatre and jazz clubs in particular. We have nothing that comes close to the shopping experience here in Scotland, and when I do travel there, I take empty suitcases and fill it.

If you meant New York City, then I'd say it's more or less just like most modern cities you'd find in many developed countries, if not a little dirtier and noisier(No offense to any New Yorkers here). If you meant New York State, then I'm not so sure, as I've never visited it in its entirety.
