What fun stuff is there to do in Connecticut?

How can I meet some decent people to go out with, go drinking have fun and stuff?

• How can I meet say a group of people to get to know and go out with, having a laugh and stuff? I used to be in a relationshipship and just had the one mate but when that ended I got bored and stopped going out with my mate also, as he never wanted to do anything. Most of my time now I spend on my own. I still have interests - I like DJing and dance music, I also do taekwondo 3 times a week and I like Top Gear and the usual stuff, so I'm not really a boring person, but I would like to meet some decent people to go out drinking with, go to clubs, have general fun and stuff, just not sure how to meet people like this. I'm not really shy with new people and can get on with almost anyone just feel in a social rut right now as I feel I'm missing out on having fun and living life to the max. I get so bored being on my own all the time, still occassionally do stuff but it's less fun without a group of mates or something. I'm from Coventry by the way. Cheers for reading folks!

  Join as many clubs and groups that involve your interests as possible. Recreational sports are a good one too. There are always a surprising amount of people in your EXACT same shoes at anyone time in anyone city. Just the Djing and dance music facts alone can help you almost instantly meet people in a certain scene with certain interests. Best of luck!
