Are there any bars and restaurants left in the United States that still allow smoking?

Yes, we still have some here in Indiana. They're getting fewer and farther between, but we also have business owners fighting to stay the smoking allowable establishments they have been for years.

Eventually, right now they are reduced to white flies (Hmmm. perhaps we should place them on the endangered list)

Alabama, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, and Wyoming, Oklahoma is the only one of those states that expressly does not allow local jurisdictions to enact their own bans or restrictions. State laws in Alabama, Indiana, and Mississippi expressly allow local bans. And court decisions have upheld local bans in Missouri, South Carolina, and West Virginia The following ban smoking in restaurants with various exceptions including where children either under 18 or 21 are not permitted or where completely seperately ventiliated rooms are provided Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Virginia The following states offer a broader ban on smoking in restaurants than the list just prior but allow smoking in establishments where children under 21 are not permitted- i.e. bars Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee The rest ban smoking in all but a very few public spaces and accomodations

Many of the Native American casinos still allow it, thank goodness!

In PA, most (if not ALL) private clubs (bars) allow smoking. Some bars do, they just have to pay a "fee" to allow smoking in their establishments.

Some in Northern Wisconsin haven't come out of the dark ages yet. Even though it's still illegal.
