How do I get more driving experience?

I want to get a lot of driving experience in but my dad works from home and he rarely has time to teach me how to drive. I want to get my license before school starts, so what should I do? Is there any way I can get out of taking the proctored driver's license test? Probably not, but just curious. Also, I'm learning with a stick which is why I've been driving and still can't manage to grasp a hang of it. Thanks you so much for your help! I really appreciate it!

I had the same issue too. So, I joined a driving school for brush up lessons and used to take the car out after midnight to avoid traffic. Driving a stick shift car is one of the best feelings for a car enthusiast. Good luck!
