Not jail bait, the legal age of consent in PA is 16 and PA has what is called 5 year near in age rule. So as far as the state is concerned you both are adults and can engage in consensual sex... if he was more than 5 years older then there could be a problem..but he's not. Now how your parents feel is another issue you have to deal with...
