I need fun party/game ideas.

my soldier is coming home and i need some ideas for romantic dinners, outing, welcome home/ive missed you signs or ideas, fun outings etc

  • hell be coming home from iraq very soon and using his leave to take a week or so with me, so i need some good ideas! good meals to cook, romantic places to do or things to do, FUN ideas that could make our time enjoyable... any thoughts?

What are his favorite foods? Use those with your romantic dinner or a picnic somewhere he really likes. He really is going to be more interested in seeing and holding you more then anything else. Don't try to over do the visiting and running around. He needs some down time with you not going all over the place willy nilly. Plan a get together, maybe the third day with family and friends. Of course his parents and or sibs. But don't wear him out with it. What did he enjoy before being deployed? That will tell you where to go. Fishing? Sports? Etc. Just ask him what he would like to do. Maybe all he wants to do is sit on the sofa and cuddle? What's his idea of romance? Does he really like candle light dinners? Or is that your need?
