How do you eat wheat, gluten and dairy free at a wedding?

Do you refuse to eat sugar, salt, caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, yeast, soya, corn or dairy foods? You could be orthorexic like me!

I worry about diabetes Doctor: Do you eat high fat foods? Man: No, that will clog my arteries. Doctor: Do you drink alcohol, smoke, stay up late partying? Man: No, no, no and no. Doctor: Then why in the hell do you want to live to 90? ;-)
