What kind of natural remidies can I use for hyperthyroidism?

Do i have a hair/scalp disease? What can i do to fix this?? Check description

  • i dont normally ask for ppl for help about my hair but im starting to get worried...it's really long and really thin. For a while now, that line that kind of runs from ur forehead, goes all the way to the back of my head. and apparently thts really bad my mother is really worried and i want to kind of fix it. im pretty tall and im underweight so i think it might have to do with not eating enough or not eating healthy cuz i get sick easily and stuff like tht. I try to make healthier choices but i always end up eating something unhealthy anyway... also, i hate washing my hair, its kinda hard cuz its so long. i never blow dry it, always air dry, naturally. um i take a shower about 2-3 times a week and i only use shampoo none of tht other stuff... recently i've been jumping to different shampoos but they dont seem to make a difference and usually i have to use SO much of it to wash my hair and somethimes my hair is still not very clean. (currently im using head and shoulders, as of one week ago i think) i get a lot of dandruff but it hasnt been tht bad recently PLZ can u tell me what kind of food i should eat (for healthier hair or just stuff that could help my body become more healthy) or what i should apply to my hair. if u have any natural remidies thts good too. i prefer things tht dont have too many chemicals and generally stick with just shampoo ALSO, if you could dumb it down for me tht would be great cuz i dont know a lot of this terminolgy..obviously, thts why i am dealing with this Thnx and plz, any bits of advice would help. i dont have tht dermatologist person to talk to or whoever it is so plz any assistance is much appreciated

  • Answer:

get T-Gel shampoo...if you can't go to the doctor to get a vitamin B-12 shot then get some B-12 vitamins and I have heard that getting enough vitamin K is good for thickening the hair.Make sure you eat plenty of vitamin rich foods such as veggies and fruits and eat a lot of deep sea fish (because they go deep enough in the sea not to contain mercury that is found in some fish) like salmon that are rich with fish oils and vitamin E. You should try and go to a doctor to get blood work drawn up to make sure you are not lacking on a certain vitamin or have any problems with any other nutrients.

Hey, I think it could be more of a scalp condition (rather than a disease) Food-wise, any foods containing protein is good for hair, as it helps it grow stronger. Also foods containing iron. Calcium is also good for hair growth. Important nutrients for healthy hair: omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and vitamin A. I’m not sure if you’re vegetarian? Some of the foods I included are animal-related. Foods that are good for hair: ·Salmon: contains omega-3, protein, vitamin B-12 and iron. ·Dark green vegetables eg. spinach, broccoli ·Kidney beans and lentils. ·Nuts such as walnuts, cashews, pecans, almonds. ·Chicken, turkey ·Eggs ·Whole grains: can be found in whole grain bread or whole grain cereal ·Oysters ·Milk and yogurt ·Carrots A balanced diet of lean proteins, fruit & vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fatty fish (eg. salmon) and dairy. Try to avoid anything with lots of sugar, or anything “junk foody” as they have pretty much no nutritional value, and are not too good for hair. Regarding hair products, I’m not too sure. If the brand of shampoo you use has a conditioner, I think that could help along with the shampoo. Or maybe a leave- in conditioning treatment. Make sure the shampoo and conditioner is the right one for your hair type, I know it can be kind of confusing with so many different ones for different hair types. If the one you are currently using has been working for you, then I guess you can keep using that one. That’s about all I can think of, but I hope it’s been of some help to you. :)
