How do I get started as a Personal Chef?

One of my best friends said she is not interested but has started acting like she is????

• The Facts... I work in a pub/restaurant as an assistant manager/chef She works as a waitress and goes to college. Ive worked there 2 years Shes worked there 1 year We got on well when she first started working there but only as colleagues. she got with her boy friend about a month after starting work there THEN..... 3 months ago we started texting because i asked her to text me her number because i lost all my numbers (just got a new phone lost the old one) i did previously have her number and we did used to send the odd text every week or so but after she text me hers that night which she did when she got home we just kept on texting then it got more and more every day! 2 weeks later she splits up with her boyfriend and we started becoming good mates then started doing things outside work thats when i fell for her so i told her that i think we have potential to me more than just mates but she told me she is glad i have told her because she doesnt want to hurt me which in a nut shell means shes not interested. I wasn't fussed because it didn't spoil our friendship at all but that was about 2 months back since then she has sacked off her boyfriend completely (she wanted to remain friends but he keep upsetting her by making her feel guilty by saying he wants her back and saying he is hurting) so she has stopped talking to him all together and he has left her alone. now since that we have started becoming alot closer we hug a lot and cuddle and hold hands on the sofa we tell each other everything and get on really well make each other laugh, are there for each other when they feel low or angry. now she has started saying i love you on a daily basis but i don't know if i should say anything because i dont want to lose her as a friend and im not sure if she is just being really friendly or she is intrested or maybe just stringing me along What do you think???? what should i do??   talk to her about it. find out where you stand. no point hanging out all the time and getting closer if your just going to remain friends.. especially if you feel that you want more than that.
