What Is The Best Shower Timer?

How do I overcome fear of shower caps?

  • When I was a kid, my mom washed my hair at once a week and took me in the bath at everyday. I didn't wash my hair by myself and I took a bath by myself instead of a shower for 19 years. I had some health problem but my body becomes stronger now. In the last spring, I wanted to be independent and my mom taught me to wash my hair by myself in the shower. I washed my hair by myself in the shower for seven months and but I still took a bath at everyday because I washed my hair at twice a week. Yesterday, I wanted to try to take a shower by just cleaning my body and I didn't want to take a bath anymore. I wore my mom's pink shower cap for the first time. I hated that shower cap because it made me looked like a baby because that shower cap looked like babies are wearing hats. I started having a very weird phobia of wearing shower caps. After I took a shower at yesterday, I couldn't even sleep at all night because I hated that shower cap that I never wore it before. I don't want to take a bath again because I prefer to take a shower because it is faster. I don't want to take a shower at only twice a week because it is bad and I must take a shower at everyday. I also don't want to have a sponge bath because I like to be very clean and I don't like to be dirty. I can't wear a swim cap because I'm allergy of latex. I want to take a shower without wearing a shower caps but it is bad because it will get your hair get without wearing a shower cap. Pick one of these things, should I take a shower at twice a week when I wash my hair at the same time? Should I take a sponge bath and I take a shower at twice a week when I wash my hair at the same time? Or, should I take a shower without wearing a shower cap? If you think these things don't help, please help me to get rid of that phobia and how do I stop thinking wearing shower caps look like babies are wearing hats?

  • Answer:

I don't remember ever using a shower cap in my life. Why bother? They have these things called 'hair dryers' nowadays. I'm not afraid of bed warmers or buggy whips either.

Just stay away from shower caps or you could go face to face with a shower cap
