-
I need at least 27 facts. It doesn't matter the order of negatives and positives, although I'd like to have mostly positives. Please make the facts simple and straightforward, or give a thorough explanation for each. Thanks!

Answer:
The formality of it. the knowledge is not always readily remembered when needed. Time is needed for properly thinking about one question. The time restraints hinder the student in order to get a proper analysis. A positive thing is that you can find out who knows how to logically deduce with multiple answers possible. There should be no multiple choice in those tests.
