How can I plug a regular phone into my cell phone?

I cant get my E2000 Kyocera cell phone to pop up when I plug it into my computer how do I get it to pop up?

I've tried to repair and re download the Kyocera_M_usbdevice program and my laptop says its installed and yet I still can't get my phone to pop up when I plug it in. I know my cell works with my computer because It charges when its plugged in. can someone please give me step by step directions on how to fix it? all im trying to do is transfer pics from my cell onto a CD -.- BTW if this helps my laptop is a Toshiba/Windows Vista basic/Intel Celeron and I use google chrome as a browser

i have no idea ... best bet is to contact the place you bought the phone from and ask for help there ... or just head into Best Buy and ask them
