How do you 'check-in' somewhere on Facebook?

I Deleted my Facebook, so now its ghostown.

  • Ok so i deleted my facebook a week ago...i did this because to me its overated, and i find myself isolating from going out, meetin girls, etc,...and lmao, it really showed me who my true friends were, and shamefully it was only one person...eversine i deleted it i feel like i in ghostown or sumn shit...i really have no freinds, and yea im single 19 male. i have a car, but yet i still find excuses on why im not going out etc, and im very self conciouss...i catch myself trying to find and figure out someones expression or impression when they first see me...like seriously what the hell is going on??? this is really akward, and im too old for this...help? anybody? >>im not a wierd perso i mean actually most people say im funny, have a good personality, good looks, im not trying to attract attention here, but hell if im all those positive things people say, den why i find my self rollin one deep? my last relationship?? shiid...wat last year august?? havent had a girl since then...all i do is work, eat, sleep, i feel as if my car is my gf...i push her soo hard...i cant even tell if a girl is checkin me out who knows a bunch of females prolli was checkin me out,, but my dumbass prolli didnt realize it...i kno pathetic.

I deleted FB some time back, it is a great site for thirteen year olds, but I got fed up of folk asking if I was so and so as even with a rare surname, there were forty with my first and family name. Have you thought about sticking an advert in the classifieds of your local newspaper?

I think it's good to have a Facebook so you can be potentially found by old friends. Plus Facebook has a feature where you can let people be your friends but not see your posts or pictures and stuff. So it's relatively safe. You can make your "public profile" not even have your picture I think. I have a friend who's deleted his Facebook a couple times but I tell him it's just unnecessary. The exception I would think is witness protection or if someone's stalking you, but even then you can make your hometown somewhere different. My Facebook says I'm living in a completely different state than I am because I don't want people I don't know well knowing where I live. I don't even make an attempt at meeting women online anymore. It's never worked for me so I haven't made the attempt in forever. Don't think of Facebook as a dating site. To me it's a family & friends site.
