My DVR220S Pioneer DVD Recorder quit working & I have DVDs not finalized. Is there a new DVD recorder I can buy to use?
-
I purchased a Panasonic DMR-EZ28 DVD Recorder to replace the old Pioneer that I had for over 5 years. I didn't use it a lot but figured it might be time to update to newer technology anyway. When I put my DVD's recorded in the Pioneer into the Panasonic I get the error message "This disk is incompatible". I want to finalize and save the old DVDs but can't get them to work in the Panasonic. How do I save dozens of unfinalized DVDs recorded on that Pioneer?

Answer:
Finalize them in your computer with Nero, Roxio or another 3rd party burning software.
