Ipod Touch app plays all night-need app to turn it off.

wow...Sukay...I didn't realize that the clock timer had a "SLeep Ipod" setting. I just tried it out after reading your answer and you're RIGHT. it works. Thank you so much. I really do appreciate it!

Sukay!! well, it KIND of worked... :P it seems that if I have the clock timer set for 40 mins "sleep ipod", after 5 minutes, the ipod goes to sleep. (I had the 5 minute autolock set). so, then, I switched autolock to NEVER...and set the timer for 40 minutes.... while the app did shut down after 40 min...when I woke up, my battery was drained.... it seems that the ipod never went to sleep, even though the app was shut down:( I did some more research, and found that there are apps that have features set so that you can time them, set alarms to put to sleep, and save battery energy....but I do appreciate your answer nonetheless because while it did answer my question, my ipod had other ideas. here is the app I am going to get: you can see the features for alarms, sleep, etc: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/white-noise-generator/id334493179?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D6 here is the app that I currently have. It must be the app you are using I guess. Works great for my iPod and the apps I use. It was worth a try though. Sorry it didn't work a well as we had hope. The beagle is cute, isn't she?

It should still sleep and play. Hmmm...
