How much is the cheapest cast net?

i have a fracture ankle, and i've had it for 5 weeks, i been in a cast for 3 weeks however i would like to know how much

  • i fracture my ankle during a football play 5 weeks ago and and i've had a cast for 3 weeks and i am getting it off in 1 week, but i would like to know how long would of be after i take my cast for me to go back a play football again, because i want to go as soon as i take my cast off and wear an ankle brace but i don't know if the would work or not, therefore i need help.

    Hi, It all depends on the extent of your injury. The best thing to do is go to your doctor to make sure everything is ok. If you can do physical therapy to allow your ankle to regain it's strength. An ankle brace helps prevent injury it wont fix the one you have. If your ankle is still injured playing football can aggravate the injury. Make sure to purchase a good ankle brace it is not worth being in a cast more then once.

Legs/ankle heal slower...if you hurt it again that would not be fun. Don't rush back into sports.
