This review is from: Premium Black Rubberized Snap-On Cover Hard Case Cell Phone Protector for HTC myTouch 3G Slide (Wireless Phone Accessory) I was looking for a relatively inexpensive case for my mytouch 3g slide that wouldn't obstruct any of the functions, and protect it from harm if I were to, say, drop it. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE! Keep in mind, I got this new in the packaging, so there were no defects. First, the plastic applicator they show in the picture is worthless, the plastic is so cheap the end bends under the slightest tension, making the device unusable more than once. The case is VERY thin cheap plastic that only BARELY qualifies as having a rubberized feel. I cannot speak to the durability of the case when dropped, as it all broke off a couple days after installing. The case secures to the phone via little plastic "hooks" that latch onto the sides. Good idea in theory, as it allows the phone to slide unhindered. Problem is that the hooks have to be soooo thin to latch on, that they break off without much strain at all. Seriously, I had to take it off only once (WHICH I DID WITH THE INCLUDED REMOVING DEVICE) and two of the 6 hooks just broke off, rendering the entire thing useless. Don't buy this crap, seriously.
