Stickey Base Coat really helps my color adhere to my nail well. I like to apply one coat and then wait for it to dry almost all the way/ completely (about 2-3 min) because it does actually get this, for lack of a better word, slight tacky feeling. I use this (combined with a nightly application of Barielle nail strengthener cream) daily to make my manicure last a week before any large chips occur.
