What is the title of this '90s pc game?

Looking for a side scroller game for PC, early 90s, you can choose between 2 robots, red had guns, blue had sword?

• I remember playing this game at a local computer game store during the early 90s. On the PC, it was a side scroller with Sega Genesis-like graphics where you choose between a red robot or blue robot. The red robot looked bulkier than the blue robot and had a ton of guns on him so you shoot your way through the level. The blue robot was slender and was only armed with a sword.

  This one I know it's a platform side-scroller for DOS/Windows95 but I still can't remember the title. The slender blue robot is pretty agile but low in shield so it's hard for beginners. The bulky red one can't jump high and because of that the player could never finish the game.
