I was quite disappointed to find I ran out of wipes, and I actually had to have my wipers on hi when it was raining. I ran to the store and picked up the 2-in-1 since i knew my windshield was dirty anyway. Since it had been raining, and it rains a lot where I am, as soon as it stopped, I ran out with a towel, did my best to dry the window, and used this cleaner on a damp/wet windshield and wasn't sure of how it would perform. My windshield was pretty clean, and the water is being repelled as it was before. I was at a gas station and thought i'd do a little touch-up wash with their squeegee and the water would bead right up and run off, but I was able to scrub the bugs off. I usually use rain repellent washer fluid to keep treating it instead of washing the rain-x treatment off. Usually i barely have to have my wipers on and I love it. I just applied it today and as there was no rain to test its repelling ability, I can't give my opinion of this feature. However, I can give my opinion on its cleaning abilities. Awful to say the least. Streaks every where. I tried several applications with no avail. I kept seeing clouds of streaks no matter how many times I wiped and wiped and wipe the windows.
