Mineral Elements by Eden Scam?

SciFi Fantasy. Apocalyptic. Two kids, a chicken, and a pig. Something about Eden or Eve. Possible young adult book.

I am looking for a book with all of the above elements. possible young adult or children's Two kids, one boy, one girl i believe, a steel chicken that is like a computer.. or a god being? and the pig was important somehow. also it took place in the future, of course, and it was something about Eden. or Eve? and they went searching deep in a valley of a decrepit city looking for another robot.. or something like a Frankenstein? because it was frozen or something. I cant think of the details... just very long time ago. maybe i am just confusing myself but i know i read something along those lines. i would really appreciate the help. Hope all is well.
