(CA, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Pen Box Display Storage Black Leather With Lucite Window (Watch) Based on the reviews already posted it seemed like a safe bet to buy this case for my small collection of pens. It is very nicely put together and for the money is very good value. The white stitching is not as obvious in real life as it appears in the picture. I like the angled presentation of the pens. Just a couple of comments... the cord on the inside left of the case that stops the lid falling backward when open gets in the way unless you are careful when closing it, and larger pens sit higher because the channels seem to be made for standard sized pens. What I got was a BEAUTIFUL case that I would have thought cost easily twice the list price. The case is very heavy and appears to be wood covered in leather. The shaped tray for the pens is apparently plastic, but it seems very sturdy and is covered with a suede-like fabric. The lucite window is thick and sturdy. The lock operates smoothly and is also sturdy. The case is not air-tight, so you'll still have to dust your pens, but it will keep your pens from "walking off."
