How do you fix an upside down monitor screen in windows vista?

Answer:
If the image is simple flipped on the screen (i.e. all upside down) then you can fix this pressing the following buttons all together at the same time : Ctrl + Alt + Up or Down. If this doesn't help - check your graphics card drivers.
