ok well this is what you do, you have to create an online account to do this all you do is click the online button, then click create new, put whatever you want your name to be and whatever you want your passord to be, it will then ask you for a licence. This is found on the back of the game book that should have come with the game. If you downloaded the game then your lucky im a nice guy lol, my licence is YS0S-NK3B-8610-KL2C-KL2C-79L4 I hope this helps you :)
