How old do you have to be to work in Hartford hospital?

Has anyone ever won a Texas work comp dispute Designated doc says severely injured knee after 2 years is NORMAL Hartford wants to get out and I need surgery. I got new doc says I need surgery BADLY?

    Won in Idaho, now live in Texas, (Texas Native). Yes have relative that won years ago. Currently in Texas you would need an attorney the insurance company is within it's legal rights to deny. Because most insurance in the State of Texas is privatised you still have to sue the insurance company. What ever you do, do not settle your claim or sign any aknowledgement of denial. What proceedings did you have to go through? Was it a lenghthy process? Right now I have the dispute paper. And now I just have just ordered the 45 paper Im ordering hearing or conferance for dispute. Because my new treating doctor says my knee is badly injured I have all my documents and medical papers. And Im keeping a pain log too. The work comp is telling me they can give me and abudsman for the case. Should I get an attorney also? I dont have any money! I cant work with a knee like this Im in horrible pain now
