It's the day after Christmas. My daughter used it once yesterday for 20 minutes. In the first 10 minutes of using it today, it broke. The plastic around the straps cracked. The hassle of trying to figure out how to return it or who to return it to or finding a receipt for a present I bought 3 months ago just doesn't seem worth the hassle. The worst part is the disappointment on her face to have a Christmas present break the day after getting it. I'm so very upset about this poor product.
