It's exactly as stated. It's a little keychain type toy. I bought mine at Wal Mart for $5 each. So I don't feel ripped off. My kids (12 & 7) enjoy them. This toy is not supposed to be a gameboy type toy to keep their interest for 2 hours.It's a fun little gadget for them to play with in their spare time. Waiting for the 'secret' sound is all the fun. It does not at all sound like real bubblewrap. Just a little popping noise. Although the secret sound is much louder. I would not pay more than $5 for it. It's a perfect 'add on' for a gift.
