I almost didnt order it do to the reviews, but for the money I figured I would give it a try. Mine came in and I would like to clear up alot of negative comments this product got. First off, the video player and software that comes with it works perfectly, all you have to do is to go to Pro Biz's website and download the new version if you are having problems. I seen in some of the reviews some people said they have had their's over six months and still cant play video. Sorry, but these people must be complete dummies, I had new video's on mine within a few minutes of having it. The internal speaker isnt very loud, but who cares, everyone uses headphones anyway. Unlike the ipod, you do not have to go through I-tunes, it shows up as an external device on your computer and you can just cut, copy and paste to this folder (Or just drag them for the smart ones) Unlike the ipod it also has external memory (Mini SD) that works perfectly A major issue for me was the touch feature and the reviews it go. the touch works perfectly, I did have to re calibrate it though but that took every bit of 30 seconds. Now it works perfectly the only thing I was curious about that nobody put in their reviews was does it show up the album art while the mp3's are playing, well, unfortunatly it does not. But for the price, I can look over that. With all that said, this product is awesome, if you cant get yours to work right, you should not be allowed on a computer, much less own a portable device this nice. Apple better watch out!
