We use Dish UHF remotes to change satellite channels, video gets rebroadcast on a spare UHF channels, of our choosing, to every TV in the house. UHF modulator bleads input from adjacent channels into the video, so you have to find a spot in the UHF band with three unused channels in order to transmit a perfect signal to the TVs. We also wish the video inputs included Svideo connectors. We have no experience using the IR distribution features. This is an excellent home video distribution product.
