My guy friend and I are always getting in fights. I was always taught that you should work for what you want and never accepct money from anyone unless you really need to. I am working two jobs and when he offers cash I turn him down this upsets him HELP

Is he trying to loan you money or give you money that he doesn't want paid back? He must see that you are in dire need of something and wants to help. Take the money, say thank you. You said he was your friend not someone who is trying to manipulate you or buy your affection etc. If the table was turned and you had money to spare and your friend was burning out working all the time trying to make ends meet, would you help him out? People who are blessed with prosperity SHOULD share what is excess with others...charity is not a bad thing, and it SHOULD begin at home (with family and friends).

I was tought the same thing but sometimes you have to let people help. Not only for yourself but for them. It will also help your friendship if you show that you are reliable and pay him back.
