My stepson is a big computer guru and he recommended this one because its like the one he has. I've read the reviews before buying, more than one complained about speaker volume. Didn't think much because I don't listen to things that loud anyway. But I can say they were right, speaker volume sucks. If you don't intend on buying external speakers, this computers not for you. When I asked him about his speakers he said the same. And the keypad is touchy, like I've readin other reviews too. Not a big issue for me though it's not that bad. On the good side the computer is fast on start up, shut down, down loading, etc. I like the layout and look of the computer, And I give it 4 stars mostly for sound quality. The only problem that Im experiencing (and that Im seeing in other reviews also) is the keyboard and mouse pad isnt as sensitivie as it should be.
