What are good questions to ask when interviewing to become a medical transcriptionist?

I am a US-based medical transcriptionist and currently working. Outsourcing has provided more jobs in the US for editors. Some outsourced work is of very poor quality (while some is as good as or better than US produced work). Also, there is a demand for VR (voice recognition) editors. Good luck!
