How can I have a career in volunteering abroad?

I m new to USA and on H4 visa.so i m not supposed to work.can anyone suggest me wat kind of course i shud go for?which can also help me in making my career.i live in fremont.i am ready to do volunteering as well.but my interest would be in hospital,school
