The Logitech Harmony Remote Software that came with it was from 3 years back, so the first thing you should do is Google for 'Logitech Harmony Remote Software download' and download the latest version (7.3.0 as of december 2007). I used it on OS X, 10.4.11 and it worked flawless. The software let's you select your hardware and programms your remote for it via USB, after asking some preferences. Only glitch so far was the name of the home theater system. SA-PT850 is on the box, but apparently it should be SC-PT850. It came with this suggestion itself, no biggie.
