What is the point in having a personal paypal account and business paypal account? I have two paypal accounts, one business and one personal. The business has $13.65 and the personal has $0.01. I make my money doing surveys / offers site and buy ebay.

Answer:
I don't have a business one, but I regularly log in to my company's paypal business account. This account has more features and can receive payment from our clients. We set up the payment schedule / client profile (our client just give us the credit card number and paypal help us withdrawing the money based on the schedule we set up for each client)

Tax purposes, keep the business account strictly for income and expenditures dealing with business. I'd keep ebay as personal unless you're a seller or buying things relative to your employment.
