I want to be a case worker after college [find homes for fosters and orphans, check on homes, interview potential parents] and i want to know what job i can do at 16 where i get paid to get ready for that..?

You should start looking for internships/volunteer work related to that field. ET-11's idea is good too. Start asking around your friends and family and your school counselor might have good resources where you can inquire about a job or helping.
