Uhhh... no. I have seen water injection systems in older ultra-high compression engines to keep detonation down, but I don't think that's a valid method anymore. Water is a combustion killer, not a promoter. Takes too much energy to break the hydrogen-oxygen bond to be of any use, besides, that would be perpetual motion!
