I AM NOT TRYING TO GO TO THE ARMY....I HAD A NON-COMMISSION JOB WITH THIS SECURITY BUSSINESS AND THEY TERMINATED ME WITH-OUT A REASON WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY SAID CAUSE THIS IS THE STATE OF TEXAS THEY COULD TERMINATE ME WITHOUT REASON.I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT AT ALL.

Army is most likely to take you followed by the Navy followed by the Marines followed by the Air Force. You can get waivers for almost anything but if you have a recent criminal record I bet not. The strong need for more military personnel would weigh in your favor, during peace time they are much more selective about who they will or will not grant a waiver too for something.
