The display quality is poor and the instructions are not very good. For example, nowhere in the instructions does it state how to make the frame display portrait vs. landscape in those words. It took me 30 minutes of trial and error going through all the menus to finally find the correct setting. Also, it is very difficult and time consuming to save photos onto the frame, one at a time instead of as a group.
