We use the pico pad post it wallets, he takes those with him to school. Then we put those post its, plus other ones for other chores and duties on the calendar. We're able to easily re-arrange them if we can see that he has a swim meet on Tuesday, so he's going to need to study for that Wednesday test on Monday night.
