What are some mistakes to avoid in an interview?

Which one is more irritating to you:ABers with grammar mistakes in their Qs,or the ones who just point to those mistakes instead of answering the Q? [English is not my mother tongue&I myself try to avoid mistakes, but it may happen even to native-speakers]

  • Answer:

Neither. I always try not to let such trivial things on the Internet irritate me.

I think I speak for many ABers when I say that we don't necessarily mind mistakes of grammar, syntax, spelling, etc. What DOES bother us is that some users don't even slow down long enough to make a coherent thought out of their question. For example, here's a question that was proximate to yours when it appeared: Ignition of the astro van 4.3 97 OK, what about it?...... Similarly, the habit of (mostly younger) users to use Text/IM-speak instead of something approximating standard English makes them seem lazy and poorly educated. Just MAKE THE EFFORT, people....;-D...

The ones that point out the mistakes, surely they get the idea of what the person is trying to ask!
