What law protects businesses when they say they reserve the right to refuse any customer?

Answer:
I'm not a lawyer, but I think it's the other way around. If they refuse to serve someone THAT person has to more or less prove that the refusal was for no reason other than things like race, creed, national origin,. and I guess gender in some cases.
